Design of the week: Eurostar


This week’s design of the week is Eurostar’s new brand identity, designed by London agency, SomeOne. It’s amazing to believe that this logo started its life as an impressive 200kg sculpture of the letter ‘e’, with the gliding ‘e’ design representing the quick movements of the train going through the tunnel.

We think that Eurostar’s new branding is dynamic, interesting and much more in touch with the brand than their old branding. It is undoubtedly impressive in 3D form, and would look amazing placed at the entrance to St Pancras or Gare Du Nord.
