Design of the week: The TetraBox

This week’s design of the week is The TetraBox, a light shade made from discarded drink packets. This eco-friendly design is made by folding the drinks packets into hexagons and pentagons, which are then stuck together to create a spherical light shade that looks amazing. Not only does it look really good, the light shines through the shapes made by the drinks packets to create fascinating shadows on the walls.

We think that these light shades look incredible, especially considering they started their life as drink cartons. This is a much better use for something that otherwise would have just ended up in a landfill.
